- Developing players to focus on all aspects of baseball, including skills, strength & conditioning, mental toughness, and baseball knowledge.

Meet Our Staff
Graduated Palmetto High School and signed with USC Salkehatchie. 10+ years of coaching experience in all phases of the game. Coaching experience includes Palmetto High School and numerous teams with top-level organizations. I have mentored high school and collegiate level athletes with the Driveline Program. Driveline certified where I improve pitchers velocity, pitching mechanics, and teaching the importance of arm care. Coach Knight takes pride in the development of athletes and helping them with their overall goals.
Matthew LeCroy
Coaches Mentor
Matthew will assist our coaches with his knowledge and guidance, to further our coaching skills so the organization can run at its full potential for our athletes. A little background about Matt: he graduated BHP in 1994 and signed with Clemson University. During his Clemson career, he was named to the 1996 US Olympic Baseball team. In 1997 he was drafted in the first round by the Minnesota Twins. After his playing career he was hired by the Nationals in 2008 to manage the Class A Hagerstown Suns. In 2020 he was promoted to manager of the Class AAA Rochester Red Wings. We are excited that Coach LeCroy is with our organization and to have his positive impact with our coaches/athletes.
