Winter Workout

Winter Workouts will begin at the end of November and go through mid February. The Winter is a great time for improvement as players, and we will go through a series of workouts. Our own personal view is that the Winter is an excellent time for cross training in other sports such as basketball, and focusing on improvements in general athleticism with strength training/conditioning, hitting, fielding, and the mental toughness for athletes. Our goal is to provide safe and structured workouts to achieve peak conditioning, learn good techniques and habits, and maximize performance on the baseball field.

What aged players are appropriate for this program?

  • Appropriate players from 8-12 years old.

When

What time of the year does this program run?

  • Workouts begin in November and runs until mid in February. 8 weeks total of training.

Where

Where are winter workouts typically held?

  • Workouts will be on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays of each selected week. Look for winter workout flyer with dates, times, and locations.
